Refund Policy

Custom packaging is non-refundable once produced

Because every order is printed to your specifications, custom packaging cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. We work hard to catch issues before printing — that's why every order includes a digital design proof you must approve before we send to the factory.

Design phase

• Up to two rounds of revisions are included with every order.
• Additional revision rounds are billed at our hourly design rate (quoted before work begins).
• You may cancel an order before design work has started for a full refund. Once a designer has begun, the design portion of the order is non-refundable.

Production defects

If your packaging arrives with a manufacturing defect (printing error, material flaw, wrong quantity), email support@customcalipacks.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with photos. Verified defects are remade or refunded at our discretion.

Shipping

Lost-in-transit packages are covered if reported within 30 days of the carrier's last scan.
