1. Acceptance

By using customcalipacks.co.uk (“Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is intended for users 21 years of age or older.

2. What CustomCaliPacks provides

CustomCaliPacks designs and manufactures custom packaging (Mylar pouches, UV stickers, vape packaging). We do not sell, distribute, or include cannabis or any cannabis-derived product in any order. Packaging ships empty.

3. Customer responsibility for product compliance

You are solely responsible for the legality of the product you place inside CustomCaliPacks packaging, for ensuring your packaging copy and artwork comply with all applicable laws (including California Department of Cannabis Control labeling requirements), and for any downstream regulatory action. You indemnify CustomCaliPacks against claims arising from your use of the packaging.

4. Orders, payment, refunds

See our Refund Policy. Custom-printed packaging is non-refundable once production begins. Design fees and deposits are non-refundable once design work has started.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to artwork and brand assets you upload. You grant CustomCaliPacks a limited license to use those assets to fulfill your order and, with your permission, to feature finished work in our portfolio. CustomCaliPacks retains rights to original design work created on your behalf until paid in full.

6. Limitation of liability

CustomCaliPacks's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim consequential, incidental, and indirect damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
