vandal hours
the brief
VANDAL HOURS — THE BRIEF
Vandal Hours is built around late-night LA energy. The brief asked for graffiti without kitsch — chrome tags rendered like they were spray-painted by someone who knows what they're doing, set against full matte black with a single chrome accent. The brand identity centers on a hand-tagged logotype extended across stickers, packaging, and a chrome holographic foil treatment.
how we did it
THE STORY.
The cliché version of 'graffiti cannabis branding' is a wildstyle illustration on a green pouch with a money-rain background. The opposite of that — and the version that lasts — is one confident chrome tag, a black ground, and zero other ornamentation. We commissioned the lettering, scanned it, vectorized it, and treated it like a luxury wordmark. The packaging reads as both streetwear and design — Off-White, not Spencer's.
